the red sea by the Ruck
The Red Sea is a combination of three cocktails featured on The Ruck's weekend brunch menu. The base is Ballast Point Bloody Mary Mix from San Diego, CA, with freshly grated horseradish, orange and pickle juices, The Ruck's signature medium wing sauce, and a dash of coarse black pepper. A lemon slice and green olive are added into the mix and shaken up over ice. The glass is rimmed with Habanero Brew Salt, from Saratoga Springs, NY, for an extra kick. The Red Sea is garnished with blue cheese stuffed olives, grilled shrimp, jowl bacon-wrapped scallops, a crispy slice of jowl bacon, and a crab leg. Cheers!
